Business goal
A B2B platform for the electronics distributor ePro and its dealers: regional price lists, serial scan-in ordering, serial-level inventory, warranty and an API link to the Aqua brand.
A B2B platform for the electronics distributor ePro and its dealers: regional price lists, ordering, serial scan-in, serial-level inventory, sell-through reports, warranty activation, debt, points and member tiers on web and app. It connects by API to the brand Aqua for products, prices, purchase orders, serials and warranty.

My part
ePro’s inventory, orders and warranty tracked down to the serial number, linked to the Aqua brand by API, with daily sales coordination moved onto the ERP.

Result
- 500+users, storefront stock and orders sharing one source with ERP
- ERPdaily sales coordination moved from manual work onto the ERP
Problems faced
Management and daily sales coordination with dealers were still manual, while every unit had to be traced by serial number from the brand to the dealer and into warranty.
How it was solved
- Connected storefront stock and order data with the ERP.
- Tracked inventory, orders and warranty down to the serial number.
- Connected to the Aqua brand by API for products, prices, purchase orders, serials and warranty.
- Built a three-tier architecture on ESXi virtual machines with Nginx as the web server.
